How many guests can Hawkins Hope Ranch accommodate for a wedding?
The indoor venue can host 120 seated. The outdoor space can seat up to 150. The second outdoor space can seat about 200. Learn more about our venue spaces here.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options?
Yes! We have one indoor ceremony option and two outdoor ceremony locations. Want more details on our venue spaces click here!
Are dressing rooms or bridal suites available?
Brides are welcome to rent The Cottage or The Treehouse as an add-on for a dressing room or getting ready space.
Can we bring our own vendors (caterers, photographers, DJs)?
Absolutely! All vendors must be approved by Hawkins Hope Ranch and sign our Vendor Agreement which outlines property guidelines and insurance requirements.
Do you have preferred or recommended vendors?
We do not have a preferred vendor list but we are happy to recommend various event vendors!
Are tables, chairs, and linens included?
No, tables, chairs and linens are not included and must be provided by customers. Rolling bars and a valet stand are available upon request.
Is there a designated dance floor?
Yes! We have a large stage with lighting and plenty of ground space for a dance floor.
Do you offer rehearsal dinner or brunch space?
Rental of venue space is available for rehearsal dinner the night before or brunch space after for an additional fee.
What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor events?
If your event is under 120 people you are welcome to use the indoor venue space. Tent rentals are permitted as an additional contingency plan.
Can we have a sparkler exit, or fireworks?
Sparklers
- Allowed with restrictions — we may allow sparklers outdoors if:
- They are handheld sparklers only
- You use them in a designated area away from dry grass, structures, or trees
- A bucket of water or fire extinguisher is nearby
- With approval from the local fire marshal and we reserve the right to ban sparklers entirely during burn bans or drought
Fireworks
- Usually prohibited unless:
- You hire a licensed pyrotechnician
- There is no burn ban at the time of the event
Can we bring alcohol?
- Allowed, but regulated:
- Alcohol must be provided by the customer or a licensed bartender
- We require a licensed and insured bartender to serve alcohol (even if it’s BYOB)
- Security (like off-duty officers) may be required when alcohol is served
- We require event insurance with host liquor liability coverage
