We host a wide variety of events, including:
Weddings (ceremonies under handcrafted arbors, receptions in Tope Hall or outdoors).
Weekend getaways, family celebrations, and more casual gatherings on the rustic ranch property.
Can we tour the venue before booking?
Yes! Tours are offered at no charge. You can schedule a walkthrough of venues like Tope Hall, the Shot Shack, The Cottage, Spring House, and more via their booking page.
What’s included in a typical venue rental?
While details may vary, a typical rental includes access to your selected spaces—such as Tope Hall, Las Campanas biergarten, Cielo Vista, The Library, ponds, trails, pools, and the Shot Shack. Overnight accommodations (Ranch House, Treehouse, Cottage) are available as add-ons
Do you offer in-house event planning or coordination services?
We are happy to make recommendations for event professionals but we do not offer event planning or coordination at this time.
Is there WiFi or cell service at the ranch?
Yes—there is high-speed internet on-site for those who need it, and general cell service throughout the property.
Are pets allowed on the property?
Pets are not allowed on the property. Service Animals with proper documentation are permitted.
Is your venue family-friendly?
Absolutely! The ranch’s history as a family refuge and its range of activities—like walking trails, ponds, shooting clays, pools, movie nights under the stars—make it a welcoming destination for families. However, the pools have no lifeguards and we strongly advise extreme caution with small children around the pool and outdoor areas.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Bookings require a 25% deposit of the estimated total. Tours are free. If the date you request isn’t available, that deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations, the deposit is refundable only if you choose a different date; if it’s a cancellation due to unavailability, it’s returned. Full specifics are handled in the booking agreement.
